The Glenlivet New Look: Iconic Design, Same Original Taste

The Glenlivet has a new look. The bottle is redesigned, the carton has new texture, and a teal thread now runs through the whole range. The whisky inside hasn’t changed. The brand’s own line sums it up: Iconic new look. Same original taste.

Here is what’s different, what isn’t, and where to get your bottle in Nigeria.

What’s Changed

A New, Contemporary Bottle

The bottle has been reshaped with refined curves. It’s a cleaner silhouette that sits well on a shelf or a bar cart.

Wave-Inspired Details

Each carton now carries wave-inspired texture. It brings to life the brand’s “Smooth Flowing One” story, and the whisky’s smoothness is the idea behind the design. Run a finger across the carton and you can feel it.

The Brand Stamp and Textured Teal

A Glenlivet brand stamp now sits on a textured teal panel at the top of each carton. It’s a small detail, but it marks the pack as unmistakably Glenlivet.

A Simplified Bottle Front

The Glenlivet “coin” has been removed from the bottle itself for a cleaner, more simplified look. The coin still appears on the label and carton.

A Masterbrand Teal Across the Range

Teal is now the common thread across the full range. Each expression keeps its own colour, and the teal ties the line-up together.

What Hasn’t Changed

The taste. This is a redesign of the packaging, not the liquid.

The heritage. Category and heritage codes are retained as a clear mark of quality. The Est. 1824 coin, the George Smith signature and the cask information are all still there.

Which Bottles Are Getting the New Look

The update covers four expressions: Founder’s Reserve, 12, 15 and 18. Each keeps its own cask story.
